Immerse yourself in an educational discourse, expanding your knowledge of nature’s bounty, and ensuring a more informed exploration of the fascinating world of fungi. Contribute to fungal mapping and submit your observations to iNaturalist.

Esteemed Foray Leaders impart their expertise on wild food and mushrooms at The FUNDIS Identification Tent.  Learn essential features such as; spores, stipes, caps, gills and habitats, gain valuable insights for identifying mushrooms and enhancing your foraging experience.

FUNDIS is dedicated to protecting biodiversity through the conservation of fungi and their habitats. We promote knowledge and public awareness of fungal diversity and distribution. By equipping and engaging community scientists, and partnering with land managers, conservationists, and scientists, we create evidence-based solutions to ensure a thriving environment for fungi and the ecosystems they support.
