The 2022 Mushroom and Wild food festival is proud to have two celebrated chefs giving a wild food and mushroom oriented cooking demonstration.

Class 1:  Saturday 12:15-2:00 Marla McFadden Executive Chef of Second Nature Gourmet

Creation of Crispy Mushroom Vietnamese Spring Rolls w/ spicy Knapp honey sauce. This is a unique dish that is actually quite easy  to prepare.  It will be interactive, and if viewers wanted to give rolling a roll a try, they can create their own. We will plan to pre roll enough so everyone can have a taste when complete.

Class 2:  Saturday 2:30-4:15  Cristian Carillo is a chef Chef at the Pullman restaurant as well as baking pastries with his wife, owners of Flour Child baking Co.

He will be demonstrating how to make Oyster mushroom tacos, with samples for all attendees
